NOLCO-PACK

NOLCO-PACK is the top cover for all coils as an alternative to the old fashioned timber top. The product is developed in close cooperation with the aluminium industry.

The three components that the product consists of provide a homogenous construction and NOLCO-PACK can itself absorb uneven structures in the surface that it protects. The outside liner consists of PE-coated and PP-reinforced Kraft paper. The board that provides the protection is a 10mm soft Woodfibre board that has been grooved diagonal on the corners. By this more coil diameters can be covered with one size NOLCO-PACK and storage space is thereby reduced.

NOLCO-PACK bends exactly at the edge of the coil and does not –unlike wood- break or bend when strapped. NOLCO-PACK utilises the stability of the coil itself and offers the best stacking quality and stability. NOLCO-PACK has in addition to this very high shock absorbing abilities. Handling is just as light as the product itself and reuse is possible.
